The APS MCC course goes beyond traditional MCC training. Developed in line with EASA standards and the requirements of major European airlines, the TRC program uses actual Airbus A320 procedures, preparing you for:

  • Working effectively in a multi-crew environment

  • Making decisions under pressure based on real-life scenarios

  • Apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the context of airline operations

  • Develop situational awareness, clear communication, and progressive leadership

  • Have a solid foundation for a future Type Rating or assessment
